Embracing Feedback
learn ... grow ... change
your invitation
The best feedback is given because we genuinely care about someone, and we want the best for them.
Feedback helps us grow personally and discover who God made us to be and how to move forward in what God has prepared for us to do.
Feedback also helps us develop professionally, and it helps us focus, change, or redirect our efforts for greater movement fruitfulness. Good feedback is powerful for life change.
We give and receive feedback in our interactions with others. Feedback can be both positive and encouraging about things that have been done well; it can also be corrective and challenging when it highlights areas that need improvement.
As we explore how to give and receive feedback, remember that this isn’t just about communication techniques or leadership strategies. It’s about growth: personal, relational, and spiritual.
When we approach feedback with humility and curiosity, it becomes a tool for transformation.
