Helping staff chart their career paths
The Career Pathways process can be used by an individual to chart a course within the organization for his or her career development. It helps ensure that the individual is able to better understand how God has shaped them and to determine the right “fit” for them within the organization.
Member Care Course
This resource provides a framework and mindset for good Member Care at every level in our organization. Through it, we want to equip Member Care practitioners, LDHR staff and other leaders with practical, foundational knowledge in providing an environment of genuine care throughout the ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ.
