In these two sessions you will find the Introduction session which provides an overview and integral look at the Leadership Framework.

Soon we hope to update some more summary presentations that cover all four Roles or all four Responsibilities, so when you have less time for presenting the Framework, you will have more options for those topics.

You will also find the session on the Heart of the Leader, the vital and empowering foundation to the all we are and do as leaders.

We must develop leaders.  That is part of our stewardship of the people God has entrusted to us – to help them become the best they can be. Likewise, our mission demands an increasing base of leadership to go beyond current reality. Our desire is each staff member, disciple, or participant in our mission grows into Christ-like maturity and increasing ability to minister and multiply.

Dion Steinborn has developed an excellent study to be used for small group or individual review of the Leadership Framework. It includes reflection and evaluation of personal strength and growth areas. (A suggested time frame would be 1 1/2 hours; 30 minutes for each main section: overview, principles and case study). Download the Study

Your relationship with God is central to your life and leadership. “For apart from Me, you can do nothing.”

In the Bible, the core essence of the person is summed up in the word “heart.”  We use the phrase, “heart of a leader,” to capture our relationship to God and the essential character and personal qualities essential to leadership.
