Quality Member Care is essential to healthy staff and fruitful mission.
On January 21, we will launch a six-week cohort-style learning experience based on the Member Care course in the Learning Center of LDHR.org. An additional handbook will help you prepare for each meeting time.
The sessions will take place every week from January 21 through February 25.
Please plan to join us as we work through the course content, apply what we learn to real-life situations, and share best practices and ideas with each other.
Dennis Metcalf will facilitate weeks #1 and #6, with all participants meeting together. Weeks #2 – #4 will be organized by cohorts so that differing time zones and languages can be accommodated.
