How does the Leadership Framework apply to my day-to-day life and work?

How can I grow and develop to better carry out the Roles and Responsibilities of the Leadership Framework?

These are common and very important questions. Finding answers to these questions will give you greater confidence and competence as you lead.

Deb Groff serves on the Leadership Development and Human Resource (LDHR) team in the Western Europe Area. Deb has worked to consolidate helpful resources from various sources, and she has generously shared two excellent summary documents with us that help to answer these questions.

• The first document is titled “Leadership Framework Roles – Powerful Planning Questions”. This two-page resource provides a short list of questions for each of the roles. The questions help you to evaluate how you are doing applying -personally and as a team – each of the Roles of the Leader.
  
  
• The second document is titled “Leadership Framework Roles and Responsibilities – Development Ideas”. In one short page, you will find a Bible Study suggestion and lots of creative ideas about how you can develop the skills for each of the Roles and Responsibilties of the Leader.
