Here is sample schedule for a Trainers Training. All the content for this schedule (and some additional resources) can be found organized under the Trainers Training Content tab.
The schedule can easily be adjusted for your needs.

MASTER of CEREMONY and WORSHIP

NST Trainers can be invited to take turns as the MC and/or leading worship for each day.

DEVOTIONS

The content for the devotions each day comes from the “Heart for God” Desired Outcomes sessions. The intent is to give the participants exposure to the new curriculum sessions at every opportunity available. It works well if the first one or two mornings are led by members of the Design Team, who model creativity and interaction with the sessions.

The next devotions can be facilitated by Trainers chosen by the Design Team. The Trainers can be coached before and given feedback after by a member of the Design Team to improve their presentations.

SOCIAL TIMES
It is a good idea to intentionally leave time for getting to know each other and discussing ideas and questions.
