It\u2019s been such a joy to pull together the resources on this site created by ministries like yours or grown from your experiences. But, like a band that has been around for a while, we realise there may be a \u201cback catalogue\u201d of \u201chits\u201d that you\u2019ve maybe missed along the way. So, for all you keen LDHR leaders out there, here\u2019s our collection of resources with some of the highest usage, along with some hidden gems that we just love.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ldhr.org\/pt\/courses\/constructive-conversations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Constructive Conversations.<\/strong><\/a> This course has the highest number of subscribers &#8211; by far &#8211; and is the one we recommend most to others. Our staff, other ministries, churches, and ministry partners have all found that it has transformed how they navigate important and tricky conversations. Grab a few others and go through it if you haven\u2019t already.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ldhr.org\/pt\/courses\/intercultural-leadership\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Intercultural Leadership.<\/strong><\/a> If \u201cConstructive Conversations\u201d is the most used course, then \u201cIntercultural Leadership\u201d is our \u201chidden gem\u201d of courses. The authors\u2019 deep and rich experience in cultural understanding has provided us with an insightful and thorough starting point as we seek to work well together. Hosting this course will serve your national staff team well.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ldhr.org\/pt\/a-simpler-pipeline\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Leadership Pipeline Process (LPP) Lite.<\/strong> <\/a>Helping leaders think about the next generation of leaders is a central way LDHR can work strategically with others. If the whole concept of developing a leadership pipeline seems daunting, this is the place to start: make it about the conversations, not the forms and processes.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ldhr.org\/pt\/members-area\/processes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Members&#8217; Processes<\/strong><\/a> (only available to LDHR leaders within the CCCI family). We make most of our resources available to everyone, but there\u2019s some stuff that\u2019s just for LDHR people. These \u201cBig 7\u201d processes are at the heart of making the people function work.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ldhr.org\/pt\/blog\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Blog &#8211; the Back Catalogue.<\/strong><\/a> We tend to read blogs when they are first published, but we\u2019ve designed many of our blog articles as resources you will want to revisit as you develop your thinking and practice in particular areas. We\u2019ve arranged the blog page so you can search by category and specific topics, and even view our suggested posts. Grab a coffee, have a rummage around, and see what inspires you!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Developing LDHR skills in others.<\/strong> We\u2019re here to make your role easier, including developing LDHR skills in others. We\u2019ve created the fictional country of Somewherestan for you to do this.
