Do you have too much to do? Are you wondering how to make more progress towards the mission?<\/strong><\/p><p>Those are common concerns for\u00a0new team leaders, and my conversations this past week indicate that one answer is for leaders to <strong>invest in the growth\u00a0and development of their team members and volunteers<\/strong> to reach 2020 goals.<\/p><p>I&#8217;ve\u00a0been thinking\u00a0about the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ldhr.org\/pl\/care\/staff-development-cycle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong> Staff Development Cycle<\/strong><\/a> and asking\u00a0how many leaders have the\u00a0<strong>growth\u00a0and development of their team members<\/strong> as one of the Critical Mission Objectives (CMO) on their Position Focus.
