Whether you are the LDHR leader, a national or local team leader, or a team member, you have a role to play, and you will need others&#8217; help. The recruiting efforts and who is responsible for what will likely look different depending on your part of the world and your ministry&#8217;s stage.<\/p>\n<p>So, what is your role, and who do you want to partner with to be most effective? Here are some questions to get you thinking.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Departments\/Strategies\/Capacities (i.e., SLM, DS, Ops)<\/strong><br \/>\nHow can you come alongside recruiting efforts to meet specific department or strategy needs?<br \/>\nWhat coaching do strategy leaders need to create specific recruiting strategies for their departments?<br \/>\nWho can help with this?<\/li>\n<li><strong>The National Ministry\/Leadership Team<\/strong><br \/>\nWhat are the national strategic recruiting goals\/plans? Have you identified specific recruiting needs?<br \/>\nIs there a national recruiting schedule, and what is the focus or rhythm? How do you use LWI data to reveal trends and demographics?<br \/>\nHow can others help create, support, and\/or pray for the existing plans?<\/li>\n<li><strong>LDHR leaders:<\/strong><br \/>\nHow can you cast vision for recruiting?<br \/>\nHow can you work with the National Team and other strategies and capacities to create or improve fruitful and sustainable recruiting practices?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Here are a few resources that can be helpful for partnering.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>To check your heart:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/presentation\/d\/1AMqbQUT6EKoAoqfwYdAD_BrAZy36cV6M_2Xv0u9KOHY\/edit?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">This presentation<\/a> may help you better understand your partners\u2019 needs and reality.
